That's a little part of a painting here at Tipped by Edwina Wood, a painting called Moon on the Lake. It's how we often see the moon around here, not how the crew from Artemis II saw it when they flew across the far side of the moon. 

Did you watch the takeoff? With your fingers crossed? Are you tuning into the mission progress and seeing the images being sent back? Now the nail-biter of safe reentry and landing. Hoping for the best! 

I was tipped off by a friend that there's a little bit of Tipped in the family of our Canadian astronaut, Jeremy Hansen. The Hansens have a cottage in Rideau Lakes and I remember when Jeremy's daughter, Katelyn, stopped in.

Maybe Katelyn caught sight of the Tipped T-shirt when it was in the window. We just changed the window displays again today, getting ready for warmer weather. No finger crossing needed - it will come!

The 4th Annual Tipped Ship Spring Fashion Show! Along with the fun and laughter, the fashions, the fabulous models, the snacks and sips, the ticket proceeds go to support St. Luke's Thrift Shop Lunch-To-Go Program here in Elgin. All the goodness!

When St. Luke's Thrift Shop is open, they offer a bag lunch. It's right beside the Elgin Fresh Mart (aka Gordanier Fresh Mart). Lunch consists of a sandwich, cut vegetables, a piece of fruit, and a drink box for anyone in need of lunch. Donations towards lunch are always kindly appreciated.
