It's been a long time since I went back to school in the fall, but it still feels like the start of a new year in many ways. There's the gradual shift from summer to fall, and the anticipation as old activities resume and new ones begin. 

We feel it at Tipped too! Summer clothes make way for fall jackets, pants, and sweaters. So many sweaters! Too many sweaters? 

New sweaters and cardigans from Canadian-owned and designed brands Alison Sheri and Papillon. Look at those birds on a wire - it's a lovely crew-neck sweater that pairs well with jeans. Those crossover front sweaters on the bottom left are shorter in the body, great for shorter-waist bodies. 

Plus a new kid on our block - mansted, a Danish knitwear brand. I'm really excited about bringing mandsted products to Tipped. This is a quality brand that uses natural fibres - cotton, yak, lambswool, merino/cotton and linen. 

They're not the wild, fun of summer; they're the darker, subdued classics you'll treasure year after year. Come lay your hands upon the Yak wool sweaters. It's a level of softness like no other! 

Seriously - there are a lot of sweaters here! Ok, some skirts, some jeans, and lots and lots of sweaters! 

They look like tiny dresses for dolls or babies, but they're kitchen and bathroom towels with a Velcro closure made to wrap around the towel bar or oven handle. No more towels sliding onto the floor! Thanks to local maker Hammer & Stitch for adding many more to the collection here, including some with terry towels. 

These jars of sweet hot goodness set a record at Tipped! Charr, who make the super tasty BBQ/Marinade sauces we carry, announced their newest product line by email - Maple Chili Drizzle. I ordered samples that day. They arrived the next day. We tried them as soon as they arrived, and we LOVED them. I placed an order and two days later we have them here for you!
